This half day charter is perfect for the fisherman who is ready for adventure. Unlike our inshore charters, our nearshore charter involves a longer travel time but offers the potential for greater rewards. We’ll set out by boat from Bowens Island and make our way through the salt marsh and ocean to the Charleston Harbor. There, 6 miles of submerged and exposed rock jetties provide an artificial reef system that has made it one of the Lowcountry’s most successful fishing sites. Due to the potential for offshore wave and weather conditions, our nearshore fishing charter operates weather permitting and is recommended to anglers 13 years of age and older. All of our fishing excursions are private, and we proudly practice a catch and release program that is optional to all anglers.
